the dachsbau is not easy to find, but it is worth going in any case. the eating is excellent, the small (and frequently changing) menu offers something for every taste and there is a selection of great weeping to accompany her dinner. besides eating, friendly, well-informed and...efficient employees make eating here a very positive experience. for dinner the reservation is a good idea. (we could only secure the last available dining table on a regular weekday.

Extensive menu and wine choices. Terrific old world atmosphere with great service. Food was perfect with great selections. Felt really well looked after. Old part of Fulda with attention to detail inside and out. Going back! Highly recommended.

this was the 2nd time that we were here 100% satisfied with both the facilities service eating were excellent combined with a beautiful cozy environment in a historic building. is definitely recommended again.

calm and freendly atmosphere. excellent eating at high level (many prices throughout the years, incl. contemporary awards). beautiful menus, good wine. high end, but reasonable price
