The restaurant is smaller but very nice. But what is more important is the food and the staff. The food was really delicious. I have had the main course only but my colleagues had soup and desert and everybody was more than satisfied. And on...top of it the owner of restaurant was welcoming everybody at the table. We came from Czech republic and his father was Czech as well so at the end he spent some time with us for nice short talk about it. : I must highlight one important point. There was a misunderstanding between one of my colleague (vegetarian) and staff and they bring her tortellini filled with meat. The mistake was fixed immediately and tortellini was replaced by other delicious veg...
Booked to eat with wine tasting first. Excellent wines and discussion regarding variety, types, etc. Then the most amazing suggested menu of Schwabian soup, steak and a mixed platter of dessert. The food was quite something else and cooked to perfection and presented so well.Also...chatted with the chef (Markus) after the meal, an excellent evening all round.
Whenever we come to Stuttgart, we must have a stopover at Weinstube Muz. We have always enjoyed the food, the wine and the hospitality of Family Muz and Chef Markus Bezler. Christina and Thomas Muz are very warm and embracing with an international flair and...a traditional background. Please come and visit, if you enjoy really delicious German specialities.
Rustic decor, great choice of quality local wines, varied and interesting menu which is a welcome variation from the typical choice in this region where most Gasthauses offer more or less the same Rostbraten, Spätzle and Maultaschen. Here you get Kalbsbries (sweetbread) or Kutteln (tripe),...escargots or fish.

Very nice wine room with excellent cuisine and very good and courteous service! Great dishes, mainly regional and at any time ready to respond to customer requests. The ambience is original, suitable for the basic idea of the restaurant. We felt very appreciated and welcome.
We had the Maultaschensuppe followed by Rehschäufele (deer), duck and Zwiebelrostbraten (roastbeef with onions), and all was very good. Along with perfect service and a warm welcome by the Muz family, it was a very pleasant dinner. Highly recommended!
This onion roast rightly gets the best reviews, but also the onion soup and mouthbag soup do not need to hide behind it. Professional and very warm service, original furnishings.
