The hotel has a very good location with a view from the restaurant/breakfast room or the Boulevard Cafe on the historic town hall and the market square. Rooms are spacious and clean, the sanitary area is very good. Staff in both hotel and gastronomy are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is very good and the chef ensures culinary well-being. Conclusion, more than 4 stars and always like to go there.

My wife and I were allowed to visit this hotel at a nice wedding. We must say it was a great experience! From the gastronomic point of view everything was done right! Great food, wonderful and attentive service! A highlight was, for example, the presentation of the main course. For every good gastronomy can only be recommended!!!!

It was always my favorite place when we were in Wernigerode. Excellent friendly staff management. Very good customer service. I strongly recommend. So relaxing place to stay; every season.
