We started our meal with the wings, which were cooked to perfection—crispy, with a medium heat and a hint of sweetness that made them irresistible. I ordered the overeasy burger, cooked medium, along with a side salad instead of fries, and I paired it with a Cosmopolitan. My burger was spot on, and the egg was done just right; it had fantastic flavor! My Cosmopolitan was also excellent, and our waitress checked in on us just the right amount. This is definitely a local gem. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Upon entering, you walk through the bar area and head to the dining room on the side. The staff was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating for us as first-timers. Went for the Wednesday Prime rib special, which is not on the menu but found on their website. The portions were good and the meat tender and cooked perfectly! They must have run out of broccoli as my plate had 2 pieces and the rest green beans, my husband had only green beans, not a fav but could be pushed aside. Wellington's catered my husband's birthday party, and all the guests couldn't stop raving about the food. It was outstanding! The portion sizes were just right, the variety was impressive, and Billy included some delicious sauces that really tied everything together. I will definitely be choosing Wellington's for my next event. Overall: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. The drinks were generously sized and quite potent. The ambiance was decent. It's a spot that caters mainly to locals, but it was pleasant and tidy. Not upscale, but enjoyable nonetheless.
