Wendy's - Réservation de table

Went to Wendy today around 530 .the girl to my order and there seems to be a misunderstanding. It said jr cheeseburger.and I said I want the 4 for 4 deale and hamburger no cheese.i got a kids burger not the double so I went back.the girl seem to have an Is attitude . So I asked her if she had one cause I was about to tell her how sorry I was that it was happened and I was going to pay for the Burger. But But she came back with I don't have an attitude but I can give you one if you want me to. So I told I would call the 1 800 number And she said that's fine go do it. I was not happy with the attitude that I got So I went in to talk to the manager but I guess they were too busy to come talk to...

I love Wendy's food. But the service here was pretty bad. 5 employees and a manager and no other customers. The Manager tried...but couldn't get one off of his cellphone, another was eating in the food prep area. Cellphone guy and eating guy went out and sat in the customer area. I asked that they double check the order but when I checked, they shorted me a sandwich. Manager was very nice and apologetic. The guy preparing the sandwiches was also nice. Oh did I mention the guy cleaning the grill had a lollipop in his mouth?? He wasn't dripping...much...

Sat at the drive thru at the speaker to order for more than 10 minutes (only cause my teenage son had to use the bathroom inside so I couldn't go anywhere anyways). Decided to go inside and not one person acknowledged me or the lady in front of me. Two teenagers working the drive thru were having a fabulous conversation, they looked at us and never said a word. Saw people in the back, they made eye contact and said nothing. Never had such poor customer service...well, there was zero customer service. Not okay.

1 pm went to my lunch, young guy hates his name or so got my order when he gave the cup to drink, he had both fingers in the cup with mere hand when I asked him, give me another cup and lay her finger there he argued and being super rude, asked him to get his boss who refused to touch, finally showing himself boss, I told him that I was telling him children still play rude. when they order her to eat and I don't say all there Réservez une table maintenant

Store seemed to be short staffed so service took longer than anticipated; not all menu items were available, at lunch time items needed to be cooked. Employees very professional, but very handicapped. Other stores selling fast food for lunch had long lines, but moving quickly and menu items available. Wendy's send your store a life v raft they're working hard, but need help. Don't blame on the pandemic.

I arrived at Wendy's ar 1043 to be told that they were switching over to lunch and I had to wait 10 mins....after five mins they were ready for lunch! However, not the entire lunch menu was ready.... no baked potato!

I have always enjoyed dining at Wendy's. The drive-thru line may be a bit slow, but the food is always served hot and fresh, and the burger is my favorite. I will definitely be returning frequently.

The wait can be long at the drive threw, but the food is always good and service is always pleasant. They always wish me a blessed day when I drive threw and it makes my day! Réservez une table maintenant

I arrived at 9:30 to order breakfast because I have a school bus and not a car, but the doors were closed. They were supposed to open at 10:30, but they are still locked.

Lawrence was very pleasant and did not disappoint when I visited the restaurant. My order was accurate and arrived quickly, and the strawberry lemonade was fantastic.
