Why go to the trouble of writing a negative review for a fast food restaurant? Because there is a lot of competition, just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean that customer service should be bottom of the barrel. That is exactly what this Wendy’s offered bottom of the barrel customer service.Let’s start by saying the they were out of many different items, that was actually not a big deal at all. What was a big deal was that they had a non-illuminated sign saying what they were out of. So as I was ordering the employee kept rudely saying “as our sign says we are out of the item” yet it was impossible to see their sign.After paying at window 1 went to window 2 to pick up the order. Pretty disappointed. This is the 4th time Ive ordered a large Chili and they said they dont have any. Then all the other stuff Ihad ordered like the Bacon Double Stacks had pretty much NO condiments and they fries they used to "substitute" my Chili with were incredibly over salted. I usually dont like leaving bad reviews but after Id been burned over 3 times Im becoming a little sour towards our local Wendys. And that sucks cause I love Wendys! But whoever it is that is making it pretty much impossible to be able to get what we originally ordered is making really difficult to enjoy it or recommend anybody to go to Wendys.

at last is a wendy with an open lobby. I've eaten three times in the city, and it's been lukewarm every time. that is rare for wendys. but unfortunately I will not return to this. if they want to eat good, they visit sandi’s elsewhere in the city (and not far from here).

The staff at this restaurant is amazing! They are working diligently, especially during these challenging times. Despite being incredibly busy, my order was ready in no time. Kudos to their hard work and dedication. Réservez une table maintenant

It took a long time to receive our order and the cheese seemed old, with the food not being hot. While this place is usually great, this time I was very unimpressed.

The desi staff members were very quick and friendly, ensuring that my order was both correct and fresh. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated!

I initially did not receive the sauce that I requested, and it was cold. Additionally, the food was covered in lint from the server's pajama pants.

they were out of chili so I substituted bacon actor fries which I didnt get and they were out of lids for the drinks.

The food was delicious and served quickly. The dining room was clean, including the bathroom.
