Wendy's - Réservation de table

I under stand that people are struggling to staff their establishments. But this is ridiculous. I have not been to this Wendy’s in about 4 months due to my last experience. Last time i waited in line about 50 minutes only to be told at 8:30pm that the customer in front of me was the last for the day they were not longer taking orders because they needed to close by 9pm. They need to update their hours if they close before 10. I arrived with an online order that I had already paid for at 9:10 at the drive-thru, only to be rudely told, "we are closed," even though there were two cars at the windows. If we had already paid for our order, they should have fulfilled it if they were still assisting customers. It is disrespectful to have conflicting information online and on their signs that they close at 10.

I was in line for the drive thru a half an hour before close and apparently they closed early. No signs to alert anyone nor was the person inside kind enough to let me know as I waited for 5+ minutes. Beyond that this location has never been particularly fast so this doesn’t surprise me.

We were disappointed to find that only half of our order was correct and we live too far away to return and have it fixed. I requested the fish sandwich without the dill tartar sauce, but it arrived drenched in tartar sauce when I opened it. Unfortunately, I had to discard it. Réservez une table maintenant

It was only there twice when I worked in the area, but it was by far the best Wendys ive ever. You move fast and your food is fresh and delicious. The crew seems to have a big chemistry and take their jobs seriously. Absolutely 5 stars for fast food experience

Pulled up to the drive through at 7:15. They close at 8. The staff was very rude in telling me they would not serve me when they did not close for another 45 minutes when it says on the building that the drive through closes at 8.

Quick and easy just stopped and grabbed a few meals for us 3 in the car great service and great prices workers were friendly no problem

Service at this restaurant is very sluggish. It seems like there is only one person in charge and taking care of everything. Réservez une table maintenant

Loved it, but the line for drive through was long and my fries were not hot and crispy like advertised. Hamburger was good!

Fairly quick considering the lobby is closed. Food was good and the crew friendly.
