if I could give zero stars, I would. we ordered the lunch from their mobile app and after picking up my friend realized that they had given him the wrong order. he was on his lunch break at work, so he had a very limited time frame, but he still went back with the wrong eating to the wendy’s to exchange him. he was met with a very long wait for new foods, and he simply didn't have the time left, so he asked for a refund instead. just right? they messed up the order, they should refund it. but the incredibly rude manager refused and told him to call company. my friend and I have experience in the service industry and always treat employees with respect. he was not rude to the hired or somethi...

Time and time again, there’s a constant customer service issue going on at this specific location. Specifically in the drive thru. I don’t even order here but i door dash here from time to to time and the attitude and negativity I receive at the drive thru is ridiculous. I’m not sure if it’s a discriminatory issue going on with this store, but the regional manager or owner needs to address this. It’s affecting business. Quite a few people are starting to avoid this place. Unfortunately, I see why.

Going through this Drive Thru will regularly be a 12+ minute experience. At least half the time I end up waiting more than 15 minutes in this drive thru. Very rarely is food correct and the workers tend to have bad attitudes. The phone number associated with this establishment on google is also not in service so good luck reaching out about issues with your order. This place is a joke way more often than not

Wish I could give a 0 star review. This place is the crapiest wendys I've ever been to! On multiple occasions I've received undercooked burgers that are completely raw on the inside. Wrong orders or missing food is routine here. Wait time is terrible and the employees are rude and scummy. I will never go here again. Take my advice and stay away! Réservez une table maintenant

the line in which we had to wait was so long and not to be busy, but was due to the fact that not enough workers were involved. eating was cold and not as we ordered it. the service was the best part of the experience that the girl in the window could still be pleasant and treat us beautifully.

Just got a double baconator and there is a total of 1.5 slices of bacon on it. The burger is delicious, but don’t up charge me for 1.5 slices of bacon, it’s barely a bacon cheeseburger. I took photos but won’t let me post right here.

I ordered about 45 minutes ago 1 burger and 2 nuggets on the door bag and wait for my food. the load is not busy and the manager said the new employees do not know what they do. poor service. not recommended

Just stay away, still can't be bothered to open a dinning room then has signs up saying takeout only, only not to actually be doing takeout. Just avoid until they get their act together. Réservez une table maintenant

not so great. fries were warm nuggets were warm and I almost let go my jbc over my car. the sprit was good, although it was usually ice in my cup.

Food was fresh and well made ? they were fast with the service also. The line was wrapped and they still got me out in less than 10 minutes
