After the pandemic began, customer service in any business just went out the window. Going through the drive thru in this heatwave was exhausting. I was following 4 cars and it took 30 minutes to get my meal. When I was ordering, I was asked to wait. It took another 10 minutes before he came back on to take my order. When I asked if they still had the vanilla frosty since they only had the chocolate and strawberry on the menu, his response was, I don 't know. So I ordered one of each. When I get to the window, I noticed the girl making it made 2 chocolate. I told her it 's supposed to be one of each; chocolate and strawberry. She says with an attitude, Well, you 're rung up for 2 chocolate....
the customer service this place was amazing! the whole team was super friendly during my shirt interaction in the driver thru. the man who commanded was so nice and changed my mood. I was so upset because I had just left taco bell because her customer service was so müllt and I starved because I was in the sick house all day with my father. that was my first meal of the day and it met the place! everything was fresh, so huge, until this place.
It had been awhile since I'd visited this location, but they were open late and we still hadn't had dinner! I decided to give this location another go and to our surprise it hit the mark! Staff was friendly and apologetic for the wait. It was busy for after 10pm and the food was fresh and delicious! Burger and chicken tasted so good I had to leave a positive review. :
change my entire review. they explained their system crashed. How can I fault them for a computer disorder that goes beyond their reparability from charging? I hope that not a person comes into trouble, and wendys as a company does better prevent and prevent that such situations happen again

We just went through the drive through and it says you don't close tell 11 and it's 830pm on a Monday and they told us that they was close this is not the first time if it had -100 stars thats what I would give you
pretty clean wendy is for colfax. Ordering online process was quick and easy. most foods were made fresh except the chicken bugs were kind of hard. the customer service was great.
Awesome place. I enjoyed chatting with the nice lady at the counter about Texas The food is delicious. I got the Triple meat combo. Delicious.
wendys. some are better than others. This one's crazy. they go anytime if they want to see something from the wall. keep her head on one.

100% recommend for 3 am frosty time. Trust me... 3 am frostys... bussin .. go get a frosty it's worth the 3 hour wait..
The biscuit egg and cheese is good. I believe Wendy's has the best breakfast.
