Wendy's - Réserver une table

I have had consistently poor experiences at this restaurant. Despite clearly explaining my order, I always end up receiving something different. Even after giving them multiple chances, they have continued to make mistakes. I find it frustrating that they cannot seem to get my order right. I work nearby but would rather drive across town to a different, more reliable location if I want Wendy’s. Additionally, my dietary restrictions are not taken into consideration as I often receive cheese in my order despite requesting no dairy. It is disappointing that they do not seem to prioritize or accommodate dietary restrictions.

This place was awful. We had a problem with the app, and the two women working at the counter at 5 pm were rude and unhelpful. If the app doesn't function properly and there is no customer service, Wendy's employees should at least be trained to handle these situations.

The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, even after informing the general manager, who acted unprofessionally.

Order was correct, and was ready fairly quickly. Seating area was clean. Loved the new soda machines!
