I visited Wendy?s on Frontage Road today around 2:00 pm to get some lunch for my mother. After giving my order and driving up to pay, the drive through attendant asked if I wanted my receipt. I thought that was a strange question but stated, ?no?. Shereturned my change and started asking about the color of my lipstick to distract me from counting my change because she STOLE adollar. I was driving away when I really looked at my change and saw what had happened. This is a sad situation because Iwould have given her a dollar or more if she had asked me.
My daughter and I ordered a two for $5 deal to where you can have your choice of 10-piece nugget and a spicy chicken sandwich. I originally ordered 10 spicy nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. The young lady that accepted our money was very nice at the first window. The young lady that was giving us our order, wasn't so nice and my order was wrong. My spicy chicken sandwich was old it wasn't fresh and my nuggets wasn't spicy. We go to this location on a regular basis and they're not always this impolite and the food quality is better.
This visit was to get a correction from yesterday. Again???? It seems this happens a lot. I ordered 3 combos and they gave me diet sodas and nasty lemon tea. A burger was incorrect. I came this evening, placed a new order and asked for the manager so the correct drinks and burger would be added to my new order. Everything was fine today and I may visit again.
Place confirmed they were open until 1 am 3 weeks ago according to google. I arrived at 12 am and hour before closing while people were still inside. Went through the drive thru and no one would even acknowledge I was there. Don?t confirm your hours ifyou aren?t going to stick to them.

Stepped into a store that was almost below zero. Food was OK. The stupid. Coca Cola machine squirt me with syrup. All I got from the manager was a sarcastic soooorrryyyy ... Work on your empathy skills yo.
This place has gotten my order wrong many times. I ordered no tomato on a spicy chicken sandwich. This is that I got.. got even a bun??? Left off the cheese and bacon. I got this.. how is this a sandwich
Definitely TERRIBLE ! The food was cold , not melted didn?t not receive all food. I highly recommend do not eat after hours ! Definitely not 14 dollars worth?
Wendy's has the best burgers. I love their buns. The chili is so very good. My husband loves the fries because they leave the skins on when they cut them up.

Drive thru is getter worse by the day. It has been very slow. Lines are wrapping around the front of the store
The employee's were very helpful and friendly. The service was really fast. Food was very fresh.
