I will never go back to this restaurant again. I am willing to drive further just to avoid this place in my town. The last three times we ordered, items were missing and the wrong items were given to us. We received chicken sandwiches instead of burgers and some of our nuggets and fries were missing. Although they have renovated the restaurant, the service is still terrible. It feels like organized chaos inside. Ordering online does not make a difference as you will end up waiting longer than walk-in customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
The manager was AMAZING!!! The whole restaurant was clean, neat, and well kept. The employees were friendly and prompt. The manager at the front was nice to his staff and went above and beyond to make the staff feel appreciated and the customers as well. He addressed the customers by name unlike other places and made it a well worthwhile visit.
The cashier Richard was very friendly and patient taking orders. He would repeat the whole order for each customer before asking for payment. This way each order is accurate and no miscommunication errors occur. It is rare to find a fast food place that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
The quality of their food has significantly declined. It was not always this bad. Sometimes they forget to include a nugget or fry, or the food tastes stale as if it was left out of the refrigerator.

The morning manager was really good guy. I given 5 out of 5 he was the best manager I ever seen bought breakfast I don't eat bacon or sausages he took care of that thank u
The team members were very polite, attentive and dispatched my order in a quick manner. The value of the meal was worth it. I recommend this place. The area is beautiful.
Normally Wendy's is my goto fast food. Today the food was not fast and I don't mind if it is good. My burger looked like it was nuked and very dry
The restaurant has recently been remodeled, so it feels very new. The food is always fresh and made to order, and the drive-thru stays open late.
