Wendy's - Réserver une table

To be honest, I was disappointed with the Wendy's app. However, the service provided by cashier Matthew was exceptional. He was understanding and helped resolve our issues. My friends and I left the restaurant happy, with delicious food and a new friend in Matthew. Thank you, Matthew, for your top-notch customer service. You could definitely show corporate a thing or two about how to treat customers.

Today I purchased 2 junior Frostys for my children at the restaurant, and discovered what appeared to be either strands of hair or facial hair in one of them. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but unfortunately their phone number was not functional.

The food was delicious, with hot fries and nuggets. However, the person taking my order seemed like they were having a tough day. I hope they are alright. Unfortunately, I did not catch their name.

I had the best experience at Wendy's! The team was nice and friendly, they communicated clearly, the salad was delicious and fresh, and the service was really fast. Good job, guys!

Did a simple stop to try the new strawberry frosty. The new frosty is very good really enjoyed the new flavor.
