Please tell me why I gave this lady $10.90 and she gives me my food food, says Have a nice day, not handing me and money back. I looked at the receipt, and she didn't even put the correct amount into the system, saying I gave her the exact amount. I wait a minute... then honk my once, twice. A few nights ago, I stopped by Wendy's during my work break and ordered a Junior burger and some fries. There was no one at the speaker to take my order, so I was just waved forward. Unfortunately, I received my order rudely and even got the wrong items. It was quite an unpleasant experience.
My sister in law said she picked up my in-laws food from the drive through today and she opened the bag and all she could smell was Marijuana! This is unacceptable whether the employee was smoking before work, on break or during work. This needs to be addressed immediately!
I ordered a combo and my sandwich was cold. I asked them to make me a fresh sandwich and that one had hair on it! The lady at the window was very kind and gave me a refund. She was the highlight of my experience. Please serve your customers quality, clean food!

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a fish sandwich. I had to wait and move forward while everyone behind me received their orders. When my sandwich finally arrived, it was burnt to a crisp and looked pretty disappointing.
I spent $50 did not get the right buger all the other food was old buns rock hard all the fries were cold and gross frostys were melted cokes were all co2 gross this place sucks. I will NEVER be coming back.and
The lady at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude. We received cold fries and they shorted our order, then slammed the window in our faces. This was the worst Wendy's I've encountered up north.
They don’t even have enough employees to open the store . Literally drive through only. I’m assuming cause management or pay. Figure something out . Your half way closed down
