These restaurants nowadays is very disappointing. You pay all this money only to get half your items. You call to complain just to get someone who DON'T CARE about your situation or your frustration. This Wendy's is the worst. I waited 30 minutes for my food and didn't have time to eat it during my lunch break at work. They kept saying "one minute" after waiting 20 minutes, which was really frustrating. Other customers in line were also expressing their frustration through the windows about how long it was taking. When my order was finally taken, they didn't even apologize for the wait. I could have accepted the delay if it seemed like they were understaffed, but there were plenty of employees in the building. Overall, this was the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's.
The parking lot is ridiculous!! I had to sit for 10 mins to wait to back out because the drive through line blocked me on! I visited Wendy's during the recent ice storm power outage, and I must say the staff were incredible! They worked tirelessly and provided excellent customer service. The food was fresh and hot, and they did a great job of keeping customers happy.
Multiple times my order was not right. The people that work there just rush you out the drive through and dont check the tickes. And wrap a burger that’s labeled chicken. I will be back for a refund. You can bet on that
