Absolutely terrible! I had a really bad experience. I ordered online through DoorDash, and it said my food would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived to pick it up right on time, but the food was sitting on a shelf without a heat lamp and was ice cold! The fries were so cold that they were hard and shriveled. The lettuce and tomato on the burgers were wilted! I can't help but wonder how long ago that food was actually prepared. I paid over $30 for a meal for two, and I'm furious! I feel completely ripped off! What happened to Wendy's being the best?
