I placed an order on the Wendy's app for drive-thru pick-up. When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, no one greeted us or offered assistance for about 2-3 minutes. After backing up and returning, someone finally helped us, but we were told to go inside for our mobile order. Inside, we found two other customers waiting for their food. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to fulfill orders efficiently. After waiting 15 minutes, multiple customers had issues with their orders and had to come inside for assistance.
