Wendy's - Réserver une table

Update: Personnel are trained and compete BUT I found RAT POOP in my bag of food! I squished it to see if MAYBE it was a piece of meat but nope…it’s huge, the shape of rat poop and grainy/sand texture. I squished a piece of meat from the burger and it was a different texture. IDK if the young woman with glasses was being spiteful just because I asked if I could add one small sandwich to my order when there was no one else behind me in drive thru! I genuinely like Wendy's, however the level of service at this location needs some work. I can't have some of the normal ingredients and so I customize my order, seems normal, right? Last time they didn't make it right, so I thought it was a fluke and decided to give it another shot, only to get home and once again be disappointed that they didn't make my burger to how I ordered it on the mobile app, but they even added onions (which I severely dislike) instead of lettuce and still made it with bread when I ordered without a bun. I don't know how they can consistently mess up on order customizations, so I've been going to another location on King Street where they do things the right way.
