I’ve come to this Wendy’s often since it’s close to my work and generally it is a great store I would absolutely rate it higher had I not had this experience… I went through the drive thru earlier today and had waited patiently for the order taker to take my order, I completely understand that it was dinner rush and I was not ordering a lot out of this order just some chicken nuggets, fries and a drink.I get up to the window, pay and was rushed to grab my food and my change back without the drink I ordered and got the window slammed in my face, I in no way wanted to come off as rude and so I drove away but I have never had worst customer service given to me in my life! I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy's. I waited over 30 minutes at the drive-thru. After paying at the first window, when I reached the second window for my food, the cashier asked me to pay again. Seriously? Then, she handed me the wrong drink, and I had to ask her to fix it. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the second window, only to get home and find that my cheeseburger order was also incorrect. So, I waited a total of 40 minutes just to get two-thirds of my order wrong. The staff seemed unable to follow the orders displayed right in front of them. Wendy's has its worst location in SeaWood. The service is severely lacking, and the employees seem very unmotivated. If something needs to be done, it appears they often disregard it completely. Wait times can vary, but it's always a good idea to double-check your order, as something is likely to be missing or forgotten. I'm not usually a fan of Wendy's, but if you find yourself needing something while feeling unwell, I strongly recommend avoiding the Belmar location at all costs. I sincerely hope the management at this site reads this review and takes the necessary steps to make improvements.

Whoever was working the drive-thru at 11:50pm on September 3rd had the most unpleasant attitude for absolutely no reason. I sat in the drive thru for maybe 15 minutes so it was obviously busy for what I assume may have only been two workers at that time of night, but still. I never complained or gave the man any disrespect but when he took my order it just felt really aggressive and I did not appreciate that kind of service as a paying customer. wendy worst is in the opposite! there is always a long wait for the ride thru even if there are only a few cars. today ar 1135hrs, I ordered 2 jr. bacon, 2 double stack w/ bacon and a 6 piece nugget. I got 2 jr. bacon and a single piece a little bit small. Of course they never give acknowledgements, nor was I calculated and changed 14 . the restaurant is operated by children.

I was going to say something about how all the orders are via a touchscreen or how the customer Sevice wasn’t spot on but honestly the food was hot, quick and the dining room was open and clean. Wendy’s is one of the few spots anymore that have salads and healthier options. No issues besides the touchscreen glitching a bit.

Try to enter the store to order dinner and couldn’t because they were “short staffed” but they had at least five people on staff from what I could see. Then tried to have me risk my safety and order from the drive through window on foot.

The food looked unappetizing, almost like something you'd feed a dog. I went because my grandchild wanted pancakes, and I'm glad she enjoyed them, but the meals for the four adults were disappointing. I would rate it 1 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant

The big guy rushes your order without hearing what you have to say. Has no prioritization of taking cars orders and giving out food. acts like this is rocket science.
