Wendy's - Réservation de table

Placed a mobile carryout order and went inside to wait for my order. It took 20 minutes. Another lady came in twice because her order was messed up multiple times. Then something is very wrong with the freestyle machine, the pop tastes gross and there is very little syrup added to it. I've had that issue twice now. I know they looked to be short staffed which I know is an issue in the fast food industry, but they at least needed one more person working the front, there was only one guy doing all the work of taking orders and filling them. Also the surfaces everywhere inside were very dirty.

If you aren’t going to be open the hours it says on google then please change them. I drive from Fowlerville to Howell for Wendy’s just to see some kids hiding in the Wendy’s with the lights out at 10pm.

Drive thru... Who point a microphone towards a expressway? The person taking my order couldn't hear me well, and was salty because of it. And no kids meals listed on the menu board outside?

When I first moved to Howell I loved this location. The staff always greeted warmly. Recently, it has consistently forgotten things in my order and the staff are not as pleasant. Sad. Réservez une table maintenant

I love this location. They are always super friendly and quick. The lobby is always clean. The food is always done correctly and tastes great. One of my favorite Wendy's to go to.

We were passing through this town and decided to go this Wendy's for a bite to eat. I tell you I had the best customer experience ever from this Wendy's. Just great.

Fries were cold, chicken sandwich was good. They had a 2 for 6 dollar deal which we didn't know and they didn't offer it.
