What a joke this place was! The lobby doors are locked 6pm, so you have no choice but to use the drive thru. I had to repeat my order to the idiot at the speaker, not once, but 3 times! I still came back to find the 2 burgers and fries far from warm and they had to be reheated. They got 1 burger absolutely wrong. The only thing they managed to pull off was a perfectly cold Frosty drink. ?? Zero points for the effort, it’s supposed to be cold!!! Glad I had dinner before hand, I certainly wouldn’t want to see what else they could’ve screwed up.
The staff at this restaurant are amazing. Yesterday, my friend and I visited, and I accidentally left my wallet outside of Wendy's. I was searching everywhere, trying to retrace my steps, and I stopped by this place hoping they might have found it. Not only did they locate my wallet and keep it safe, but they also made sure to ask my friend to confirm it was mine. I can't thank the staff enough; it would have been easy for them to just put it away, but they were truly outstanding. Plus, the food was delicious!
First thing is, the girl in the drive through was pretending to have a weird accent then had a guy in the window laughing at her. Then I ordered the new pretzel baconator, literally got a double cheeseburger with one piece of bacon on regular buns, the fries were freezing! This is the FIFTH time in a row I’ve come to this Wendy’s my order was completely wrong!I love Wendy’s, I don’t ever do these reviews but this has to be the worst place in my area sadly. Please fire a LOT of people at this store. Period.

I visited the drive-thru during peak hours, but it wasn't too crowded, which made me wonder if the locals were aware of something I had missed. Unfortunately, the food was nearly inedible; one item had clearly been sitting out for hours. Some other items were burnt, which I didn’t think could happen at a Wendy’s. Overall, this was easily the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's or any fast food restaurant in a long time.
I went to order at the drive-thru, but no one was there. So, I went inside, and to my surprise, everyone was just on their cell phones. Finally, someone came to help me, but they had a terrible attitude and were quite rude, which made me walk out. I won’t be returning if this is how they run their business. I wouldn't recommend this place.
This was the Wendy's in Rayham. Stay away!First: My feet stuck to the bathroom room. You won't want to touch anything.Second: Both soda fountain machines were empty.Third: The French fries were cold and looked old.Fourth: The sandwiches were eatable, but that's it.It's not the Wendy's I'm used to.No value here.
The fries were neither hot nor fresh as advertised, which wasn’t really a surprise. They rarely are, unless you go around 5:30 PM and wait in line. However, the new hot honey chicken sandwich is the best fast-food chicken sandwich I've ever had!
