Been going to this Wendy's for 13 years. They have always been bad, but they are the worst it's ever been. In the last 3 times I've been there in the past month, every order had something wrong. It's a completely ridiculous, it doesn't matter how busy it is or if you're the only person going through the drive through. There is something seriously wrong with this Wendys and the people who manage and work there. Something needs to be done. They are one step away from just taking a poo on a bin and giving it to you
The compressor is broke on the soda stream machine, the employees fill your cup with ice, and essentially, you're drinking warm-ish soft drinks. A regular customer told me it's been like that for a while. I had a previous experience that was negative with slow service. The employee was high at the drive-through and told I told myself I wouldn't be back, but I unfortunately forgot. Shame on owner being a cheap skate, no one likes warm soda with their meal!
Wanted a frosty been a while ordered a SMALL vanilla frosty No vanilla ok chocolate $2.70 for a small container and I mean small a measuring cup size might be a stretch I was given a spoon should have been a straw frosty’s have always been pretty still to stiff for a straw not in this case the frosty was more liquid then frozen it was cloudy and 50 degrees so warm weather was not the reason Looks like it will be several more years before my next frosty
I've visited a few times on my bike after ordering through the app, and every time the inside was closed with no indication as to why. I thought it was strange and called the restaurant to see if they could bring me my order with no luck. I had to wait next to the drive-thru lane for a car to let me walk up to the window and get my order. After the third time, I gave up trying. The food itself was just okay, and the drink tasted watered down.

I went through the drive through, paid for my food and drink, got my drink and was told to park. I parked and they didn't come out with my food. By the time I went inside I only had 5 minutes left of my lunch break, so I left without my food. I didn't have the option to take a receipt, so I'm stuck with a $12 soda. The person behind the counter seemed too swamped to help. Very bad experience, won't be returning.
The GM at this location has terrible customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. She should not be in the food industry. Motto is leave your problems at home and do not take them out on your customers. Overall she needs to be replaced because she will lose customers and without customers there is no business.
They gave me the wrong order, didn't find out till I got back to the hotel room. Fries were completely cold, had sat out for at least an hour before they served them to me. The person that took my order was rude.
Very bad service lady in window was not polite at all she didn't gave what we actually order then in top off the seen we were mexicanos and gave us a big attitude face the pecan saled was bad

Have good tires in the lot for starters. They forget some in my order everytime I go here. Be prepared to verify.
