Skinny guy with beard up front got hair in our gravy, missed 2 items on my order said one piece of bacon is a side of bacon and it’s 2 sat out front for 10 min waiting on food and there was no one even in the line lobby or line overall disappointing expected treatment like this in Quincy not good ol palmyra
The line inside and out is always very long. The food is as expected and is usually the correct order. could use a different method on the line up to speed up process. Everyone is very polite and friendly even under stress of being behind.
Bun on burger was stale and fries were cold. One of the drinks had ants in the cup. We were definitely not happy with the visit this time. The cashier was very friendly so that was good but food and drink quality needed more attention
