went today very simple order 10 piece SPICY nugget, just the nuggets w/ BBQ sauce and a 4 piece SPICY nugget with sweet and sour sauce w/ an extra sweet and sour sauce. 14 nuggets in all. Got that part right. But didn't get the spicy nugget part right, and the live action tracker has it at not busy.. it wasn't busy I ordered and was gone in about 3 minutes.. which I guess in that time they couldn't distinguish between spicy and regular nuggets. And the only reason I'm even posting this, is because this seems to happen at this location every third visit. Wendys is awesome.. this location however has the people you expect to find in fast food working here cause apparently they can't read a tic...
Absolutely terrible customer service. They show to have on their menu sausage gravy biscuit for $2.29. Pulled up to drive thru this morning and ask for a sausage gravy and biscuit. Person on drive thru gets and attitude saying they don 't serve them at this location. Try to ask why is shows on their menu if they don 't have it and I am met with 3 very rude ladies yelling into the drive thru speaker saying we don 't got it at this location like we said now what else can we get you told them never mind and drove off. This location has always had rude people but I will never visit this location again.

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The place wasn't crowded, which I appreciated. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the men's restroom.
Pub Burger is good. A very different taste than other burgers. I would have taken a picture, but I ate it...? It should soon be on YouTube Mukbangs.
The food was good, but I had a piece of cheese paper in my burger when the paper, the cheese separated, but as soon as I removed it all was good
The first time I visited, the food was quite good for a quick meal. The drive-thru experience was exceptionally pleasant.

Customer service via drive thru is very contactless....but Dine-in was tolerable!
