I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The staff was unprofessional and seemed to do as they please. They closed the restaurant whenever it suited them, despite their website indicating that they were open until 2:00 AM. I placed and paid for an online order, but when I arrived around 11:00 PM to pick it up, I was told they were closed, even though they had just served the customer in front of me. When I approached the window to explain that I had an online order, they refused to listen and even started yelling at me, expressing their indifference and stating they were closed. They really need to work on improving their customer service!
I wanted to share my experience with the staff at this restaurant, especially one young man in his early twenties who had a bun. He appeared to be Puerto Rican and was very patient while explaining the differences between sandwiches to another customer in Spanish. I regret not getting his name, as I was in a rush due to my long day working for DoorDash. This gentleman truly went above and beyond to assist me, which is not something you typically see in fast food, especially considering the busy atmosphere and the issue I had. His dedication and kindness were incredibly refreshing. God bless him!
I had the best chicken biscuit breakfast I've ever tasted! The chicken was juicy, thick, and crispy, paired with one of the most delicate and delicious biscuits I’ve ever had. And let's not forget the honey butter sauce—it's perfectly blended and definitely the best I've encountered. I also tried the chicken bacon croissant, which would have been great on its own, but after having the chicken biscuit first, it couldn't quite compare in flavor. Lastly, I have to mention the delicious breakfast potato wedges—how do they make them so good?
I've placed four orders so far, and none have been delivered correctly. Once again, my order was missing items, and the strawberry frosty I received was spoiled. They included a chocolate frosty so you could see what it should look like. There's always missing food in my orders. I've tried to contact the store more than five times with no response, and it's impossible to reach the DoorDash delivery service they use. This experience from AIKOKIRISHIMA has been terrible!

The best experience I've ever had in a fast food facility. I didn't get the name of the employee, but I wish. She was so pleasant and friendly, I was speechless. From the register to the supply of food, it went beyond and beyond to ensure the greatest possible service. I was there on June 7 at 2:30. I hope to find the same employee, get my next visit and her name to let management know, she's the best.
sa in the drive thru behind approx. 6 cars and that wait was as long as it seemed, they had only 2 ppl working in the night. not even late or a weekend or something. only very slow service, but it was excellent service and she got the order perfect and everything was delicious. the employee may be responsible for subsidisation.
Awful food. The 4-chicken sandwiches were supposed to be fresh. No. Bacon on all 4 was burnt with a charcoal taste. 5-chicken nuggets were supposed to be fresh too. No. The fries were old and tasted like charcoal. None of the food was good. We were allunhappy and hungry.
The restaurant is clean and modern, just like any typical Wendy's. They were a bit short-staffed, which caused our dine-in experience to take longer than anticipated—a common issue these days. However, the staff was incredibly friendly.

I ordered with the app. I ordered two croissants maple bacon the bacon and the chicken were so hard I couldn't even eat it. I also asked for Swiss cheese sauce on them neither one had the cheese sauce. Terrible food slow service
