I can't recall her exact name, but I believe it was Susan. Unfortunately, she was quite rude to both the staff and the customers. We were given a 30-minute time limit, but no one informed us about it, and she ended up yelling at us for that reason. I also witnessed her being extremely disrespectful to another worker in the back who seemed to struggle with English, which was unnecessary and unkind. Given the negative atmosphere and the way she treated everyone, I don't think I can return to this restaurant. I hope action can be taken to improve this situation.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s from time to time since I was in highschool and today I felt compelled to write this because I’m so over the horrible customer service here. Everytime I come, The chubby white female manager is the most miserable rudest person I’ve ever witnessed. She along with the other staff working here are so inpatient and on top of that got our order wrong. How this place isn’t shut down is beyond me.
I ordered Baconator fries one large strawberry lemonade and one chocolate Frosty did not receive the large strawberry lemonade or the large Frosty did not call me to tell me anything about the order being changed nor did they say they were out or short of any of the product sad and pathetic and you wonder why the minimum wage is still low. I guess you get what you pay for and for you employees at this particular Wendy's you get what you work for...
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, which was fresh, hot, and flavorful, just as it always is. One standout feature of the place is the soda machine, offering a wide variety of diet sodas. As a diabetic, I really appreciate this option, as I can enjoy drinks with zero sugar. The restaurant was also very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall, it was an incredible visit!

I got a 4 for 4 and it came with nuggets , a burger , fries and a drink and I’m 9 years old. I took a nap after I ate the food and when I woke up, my stomach hurt very badly until I got home, when I got home I have been throwing up uncontrollably and cannot stop. These workers who cook the food need to upgrade because now I’m sick and can’t stop throwing up. My mom paid $16 and all of that just to throw it up. This is unacceptable!
We stood in a lengthy, slow-moving line before finally placing our order, which included chili. As we made our way to the window to pay, we were informed, “We don’t have any chili.” Seriously? To top it off, we received two sodas with just one straw. On the plus side, the chicken sandwich was quite delicious.
Drive thru customer service is terrible! I went there two days in a row and paid for extra honey butter sauce and didn't get it. The morning person in the drive thru is absolutely not a morning person and needs an attitude adjustment! I won't go there again.
Maureen (with the correct spelling) is a shining example of outstanding customer service. She always has a smile on her face, is delightful to interact with, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommended!
