This was our first visit to the restaurant. We had just arrived in Miami and checked into our hotel when we decided to order takeout. We were warmly welcomed by Niurka, who was very kind and entertaining. She truly made our evening special. I loved her enthusiasm while preparing our meal, and her joyful personality was delightful. I highly recommend this place, and it was a pleasure to meet her!
customer service in almost food joints are usually bad. the worst is when the person who takes her order gets her order right, but who cooks her order and packs it for her with her order. what happened to this wendys. I ordered two burguer with speck that I was charged for the speck, but the chef did not put the speck in my berries.
they were a better setting than mcdonalds staff and they are on the other side of the hotel (la quinta) I asked them to recommend an salate served by mcdonalds stop during the pandemic. I have made the right choice that my son loved her nuggets and they get to get her own drink or mix drinks from the machine.
Today I arrived at 6:50am because according to Google maps they open at 6:30am. The lobby was closed and the drive thru was closed. Lobbh was closed and drive thru said they were closed. They dont even have hours of operation at the door.. very frustrating for such a company a big. Réservez une table maintenant
wendy will probably be the king on the measure of almost food if you pay more money. the gap when compared with the other competitors such as burger king and mcdonald, there is great amount in money, but not so much in quality. too much fat and taste like artificial meat.
The ice was excellent and only cost 50 cents. Sergio and Yuneidys, the managers, provided fantastic service, and the coffee was generous in size. Thank you for the wonderful experience—we truly enjoyed our time there!
The place was empty. The 2 employees behind the counter pretended they didn't see me. I waited for someone to at least acknowledge me being there. Decided to leave when I realized they had no intention to

The restaurant is very nice and clean, both inside and out. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly; they spoke both English and Spanish.
