Manager called the police on me because I asked for a receipt, and refused to leave without proof of purchase while the manager yelled I dont care about your food, i dont care about your receipt, get out of MY store im caling the cops . While on my lunch break I had to wait for the police to get my receipt, which is needed for taxes. The manager told the hanover police I could have my receipt few hours later if I came back, when I came back I was intentionally give the wrong receipt. Another manager called, pretending to care two days later, havent heard back. Got a Dave's double cheeseburger the day before and it was overcooked and very dry. Had to wait till I got home to put mayo on. Then went the next night and ordered a chicken asiago club, they gave me a classic chicken went back and they corrected it. However Both chicken sandwiches were so dry (over cooked) and had very little Mayo so basically when I got home, my dog got them both. Btw she loved them!!
I think Wendy's is better then Chick-fil- A but is also getting very expensive for all of there food !!! It is also ashamed if you order the bacon cheeseburger deluxe there hamburger on the bun is about 1/8 of an inch thick. You can taste everything on the bun but the burger. The drive-thru wait times have gotten better over the years, but my experience dining in today was not great. The soda machine was out of many flavor options, both ketchup dispensers were empty, and the food didn't seem very fresh. I really hope things improve because I usually prefer Wendy's over McDonald's, but not like this.

Whondy's is fantastic! It's my go-to spot whenever I'm traveling. I love trying a variety of dishes. This time, I opted for the apple pecan chicken salad. I was also tempted by the chili and the burgers. And of course, I can't resist grabbing a Frosty—it's always a great choice!
legit, this is the only wendy in the opposite. eating is in the regular fresh and hot, they get the order right, the place does not smell, and they seem to care about any order. that is now our goal in hannover, even if we have to drive another 8 miles.
The restaurant has recently been renovated and looks fantastic. They offer a variety of options, from spicy chicken sandwiches to burgers and salads. The Frosties are delicious too. And of course, it's a perfect spot for enjoying some chili!
I bought the new frosty and brought it home, but it was really watery. I put it in the freezer for two hours hoping it would thicken up, but it remained the same consistency. I tried calling the store for help, but I couldn't get through.

Went there for a fundraiser for both lunch and dinner and they didn't know how to run their fundraisers either time with either shift of employees. Poor planning. And food wasn't great kinda cold.
This Wendy's was great. I wanted my food to be hot and fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. They made sure to prepare it hot and fresh for me. Well done!
