I attended the Memphis Tigers basketball game on 2/5/22. When the opposing team misses two free throws in a row at any game, you get a free small frosty. That happened tonight so after the game I stop by this location. I arrive around 9:45. Line is long and moves extremely slow. It is 10 by the time I get to the speaker. I talk into the speaker and it takes a couple minutes before someone responds and says they are changing shifts. I wait 10 minutes and silence. I yell into the speaker and still no response. Finally frustrated I get out of line and drive around. I call this store on the phone and someone answers and says they are open. I tell them I was at the game and wanted the frosty only...
I just ordered a double stack small fry and a small sweat tea. The Caucasian lady handed me my food and walked off. I sat there a few minutes blew the horn she came back and left again. I blew the horn again and she finally came back then she left again. Well after sitting at the drive through for minutes later she handed me my drink. Now let’s talk about the food! Disgusting! It’s not cool to hand food out and add ketchup packages that are dirty and it sits on top of someone’s fries. So fries are going in the garbage. Next I said well let me eat my sandwich. I took a bite of it and it was pinkish. WTH! I threw everything away including the drink. This location needs a make over or close it!...
Worst service I have ever gotten and on top of that I was asked if I liked ketchup and I said no and the guy laughed and I know why now my whole Burger was covered with It Outside Inside everything the whole inside of the wrapper was nothing but catch up I couldn't even eat the burger this happened on Tuesday March 5th 2024 at 9:15 at night so whoever needs to see this hopefully you know who it was they deserve to be fired
Waited over 10 minutes at the drive through speaker to order and no response. Drove up to the window and he told me I'd have to drive back around and get back inline behind several others. I said no thanks I'll go somewhere else and I won't be back. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location.

Much improved over the past month!!!Shout out to new manager Ms Vicki! Employees are better trained and seem to appreciate customers. For example Jay was working the drive Thru we could hear her smile on the speaker, thanked us for choosing Wendys. Food quality has improved
The drive through young lady act like she had an attitude, didn’t want to be there and my cheese wasn’t melted. I ate it cause I hadn’t been able to eat in 3 days but threw it up cause it wasn’t right ??
I specifically Asked for my fries to be fresh and followed with a please and thank you for not only my fries but my 10 piece Nuggets was even colder the line was so long I just threw it away and went home
just ordered riders from the perkins and poplar store in memphis tn. drive them unfriendly in the cleric, fries luke warm best. the weapon of my 3 dollar. but this is memphis!

Long wait at drive through.Fish patty was ridiculous. There was barely more fish than breading.On the positive side, the workers were very polite.
