The incompetence of this place knows no Bounds. No not only are they completely disorganized cannot listen but then rude because they screw up and then tell you oh no you have to drive back around to get the rest of your order because they can't do their job correctly and then they don't even provide you with a receipt to prove what was on your order.. I understand that it's probably not your favorite job to be serving other people food but if that's the case you should probably get out of customer service and go find something where you don't have to interact with the public.
Ew. I was starving and begged to go there, just to find out there was no frosty. So we got I think a 4 for 4 meal with a drink, burger, fries and nuggets. Chewy, looks crispy not really. The fries were super salty. Burger was just like bread, barley any meat. I feel bad because the people there looked exhausted. They were really nice though. Not to mention it was VERY greasy. Would and would not recommend.
These special Wendys are constantly having problems. There were probably only 5 times that I had been to this place where my order was right and I didn't have to wait to either have made something new or added that was missing. The only reason they get 3 stars instead of one is that the food quality is good because it is Wendy's. But the service is hit or measured and the orders are almost never accurate.

Manager was not happy about breaking a large bill to buy lunch and let me know about it. I felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome. Needless to say I will only use the drive thru from now on at this location. I guess the manager would rather hand pick her customers....maybe one specific race only. She was a lovely black lady with short blonde hair. Unfortunate experience.
The lobby was closed for some unposted reason. Staff blasting rap music inside. No straws provided and I walk back up to the window a second time as our vehicle is too tall to go though the drive-thru. Requested a plain burger in my mobile order, it was not plain; so back up to the window again. Very disappointing, and not my typical experience at Wendy's.

We got in, but it seemed that the attention was focused on the drive-thru. Our order was wrong when it came, although the team was quick to fix. The staff seemed to be a bit away today, not rude, could only have been more attentive. We went there without an incident.
