Not worth going to. Drive literally anywhere else for more edible food in a timely manner. Seriously, drive across the street to Murphy’s and grab a SlimJim and a Red Bull for a less frustrating meal. Not only will you be on your way quicker, you will not be missing items, your food will be at the temperature of your choosing, and you will not be made to feel as if the staff is taking out their employment frustrations on you.On a serious note, however, they are short staffed, and they just don’t value their customers whether they have staffing or not. just don't stop here a single car in the car ride thru. we were the only ones we came to the front when ordering, about 5 cars behind us. I have eaten ours and it tasted as if it was about 30 minutes under the heat lamp. go back to ask for a refund as our food is cold, the lady asked if we want to feed all new and fresh. How what? Why didn't we get fresh food? we say the lady that we were the first people in this line, we should have got hot food. she tells us she just pulled out chicken-out bugs and they're short-timed. regardless of whether they are short personal or not, they should still exhibit hot food and this is not an excuse for their customers to get cold food.
I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. There were four of us in our party, and we noticed that the three staff members were working very slowly—I'm not exaggerating. We had to repeat our two $4.00 orders three times before they were finally understood. The food arrived cold, and to be honest, the burgers were terrible. The chicken nuggets tasted overcooked, as if they had been fried in old oil, and we ended up throwing away half of our food due to its poor quality. Also, they included a juice box in the bag, which felt unnecessary and added to our disappointment.

On a positive note, I went to another Wendy’s recently, and it was a completely different experience. I ordered the same wrap, and they piled on the pickles, the lettuce was generous, and the chicken was twice the size and nice and thick! By the way, this better Wendy’s is in Loveland, near Target and McDonald’s, and I believe that was exit 257. Plus, it cost me less!
It 's 920am and the dinning room hours day 7am. Nobody will come to the door or has the knowledge to put up a sign. Makes me frustrated. I guess this is why people don 't take ro your breakfast. We 're understaffed excuse is getting old. I have a large vehicle and can 't go through drive thru. I 'll wait for my food or order but you didn 't even give me the option.
Went to this Wendy's, which is pretty good most days. Today, that was not the case, we ordered $30 in food, and I would not feed what we got, to my dog. We called to try and get a refund or just new food, and the declined to do that for us. I get that it's not a 5 star restaurant, but there's no reason to be rude.
We visited on Halloween and although they were short-staffed at the drive-thru, the customer service we received was outstanding. The food was exceptional – it was the best Wendy's we've had! We are extremely satisfied with the service we enjoyed today! Réservez une table maintenant
