I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. My burger was soggy, and the fries were greasy and hard. While I was eating, I saw a staff member at the window wearing a shiny coat. She handed me an open packet of ranch sauce, which I refused to take because it was unacceptable, and she rolled her eyes at me as if I were in the wrong. It’s frustrating that they seem to prioritize customers dining inside; when you're in your car, it feels like you're being ignored. Overall, I won't be coming back to this location. This Wendy's is not meeting expectations, and I believe I deserve a refund for my $20. @Wendys

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The burger was soggy, and the fries were greasy and heavy. It felt like the food was just sloppily thrown together. The employees seemed unenthused, and when I received an open ranch sauce, I handed it back to the woman at the window. She rolled her eyes as if I was in the wrong. If you want fresh food, skip the drive-thru or carry-out; you really need to go inside so they can see you. If you’re in your car, you’re out of luck. I won’t be returning to this location. It was a terrible experience, and I want my $20 back. @Wendys
The food was absolutely delicious! I’d love to describe everything we ordered, but it turned out to be different from what we originally chose. Every bite was delightful, and we were completely satisfied. On top of that, we received an extra soda, even though we only anticipated getting two (one with each combo), and we were thrilled about it. I will definitely be going back! The quality of the food was exceptional, and we’re really glad we decided to try a combo meal that we wouldn’t typically select—it turned out to be an excellent choice!
I visited to try the Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich, but after I had already paid, I was informed that they were out of mozzarella. I asked if I could get a substitute since mozzarella is a key ingredient in the sandwich, but all I received was a "let me check." A different person then came to the window, handed me the bag, and that was it—no mozzarella and no compensation. I ended up with just half of the sandwich I ordered and some cold fries. In my recent visits to this location, I've noticed a complete lack of customer service. The staff seems to have poor attitudes and takes over five minutes to respond at the speaker. There's a noticeable absence of basic manners. When I say thank you or address them politely, they simply slam the window shut without saying a word. It's absolutely absurd that this behavior has become acceptable in the service industry.
I ordered the baby back ribs and they were the worst I’ve ever had. I was incredibly disappointed, especially since my friends had recommended this place. It felt like a joke. I definitely won't be returning, except for their carrot cake—which is fantastic. The ambiance, however, is great.
The service was a bit slow today, likely due to being short-staffed. However, the staff maintained a positive and friendly attitude while taking orders. They managed the situation well despite the lack of personnel. The food was outstanding, and I would definitely think about returning.
If you're not open, please turn off the parking lot and outside signs. It's really frustrating to pull in and see everything lit up, including the drive-thru menu, only to find that no one is answering. I'm giving one star because that's the lowest rating allowed. Réservez une table maintenant
Breakfast of Champions: REAL EGGS, REAL BEEF, REAL LEMONADE... do I really need to say more? Their new pickles introduced in the last 3 or 4 years are absolutely amazing!
