I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive-thru during my lunch break, and the person taking orders was extremely rude, saying things like "hurry up, I’ve got a timer." When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee wouldn't even make eye contact with me while discussing the incident. Because of this, I couldn't enjoy my meal during my break. This all happened around 6:40 PM, so it should be on camera. As a manager at a different restaurant, I would never treat customers this way. My Fellow Americans. If your reading this and your up for a delicious breakfast forget McDonald’s come to this location if your around. This Wendy’s dishes out Amazing customer service as well as delicious breakfast sandwiches and the best seasoned breakfast potatoes fries i have ever had. So please do your taste buds a flavor. You will continue coming back. When I asked where the Boss to show them my review the good looking gentleman stated “ YOUR THE BOSS SIR” that was a great answer.
Ordered the $4.99 special consisting of a double burger, 4 nuggets, small frits, a cookie and a drink. Didn't get the biscuit, only 1 meat in the burger got no receipt. I ate because my sugar was low. When I finished, I talked to the manager and offered nicely to replace the order completely, which was not necessary, but it insisted. I have my new order, no drink and still NO cookie.
Exercise caution when considering this restaurant; their pricing lacks transparency. They often charge more than the prices stated on the menu, and when confronted about it, they do not honor the advertised rates. This issue has persisted for the last two months, leading me to believe they are engaging in dishonest practices.

This Wendy's location is quite disappointing and feels outdated since it first opened. Typically, it opens at 7 AM every day, but for some reason, today—on a Saturday—it opened at 10 AM. It's an issue that the staff, management, or even Wendy’s fans need to address, as their hours appear to be rather inconsistent.
I drive 45 minutes to reach this restaurant, but when I got there at 6 PM, the lobby was closed. It's incredibly frustrating to have my time wasted like this! If they want to succeed as a business, they really need to keep the lobby open and serve their customers properly.
I really enjoy Wendy's! The large Bacon Cheddar combo with Baconator Fries and a Strawberry Frosty is simply heavenly.
the lady of the night must take some education classes, she is very rude. If you don't like your job better stay home.
