We've visited many Wendy's locations, but this one was by far the dirtiest. With only two customers in the restaurant, the staff weren't very busy and should have been cleaning tables and other areas. Instead, they were chatting among themselves and using inappropriate language. Since we don't live nearby, we won't be returning, and even if we did, we still wouldn't go back.
I had a frustrating experience with my order, which was incorrect two days in a row. How hard can it be to understand a HAMBURGER WITH MUSTARD AND PICKLES ONLY? The first time, I received a burger topped with cheese, lettuce, ketchup, and mayo. Seriously?? Then, the second time, I ended up with a cheeseburger again, even though I clearly asked for a HAMBURGER!
This is hands down the best Wendy's I have been to in a long line time. The staff are super friendly and seem to always smile. I'm from New York State, so to fine a place with such amazing food blew me out of the water! I 100% recommend stopping or ordering here if you are trying to take that hunger, you won't leave unsatisfied!
I ordered the maple bacon chicken, but they completely forgot the bacon and didn't include any butter at all. I even paid an extra dollar for hot honey, but that was missing as well. Réservez une table maintenant
Mountain of ice spilling onto the Floor from soda machine causing major.tripping/slipping hazard. Ungloved cooks handling raw food. Drink order wrong. No sour cream on baked potato.
All three young ladies at the drive-thru this afternoon were very friendly, and the food was fresh and accurate. It was a delightful experience, and I will definitely be returning.
