I just went through the drive-thru at Wendy's and ordered a chili with all the fixings. The person taking my order was rude and said to proceed to window 308. When I got to the window, the employee asked if I wanted a large chili. I confirmed, saying I wanted it with all the fixings. She then clarified if I wanted cheese and I reiterated that I wanted cheese, sour cream, and all the fixings! When I received my order, it was disappointing: there was no cheese, onions, or sour cream included. The service was terrible! If I could give a rating of zero, I definitely would!
The service was quick, but they completely messed up my order. I requested cheese and pickles on my chicken sandwich; I received the pickles but no cheese, and they even added ketchup that I hadn’t asked for. They also forgot to put cheese on the kids' cheeseburger I ordered, even though I was still charged for it. I had to repeat my order five times, and they still got it wrong. I suspect the guy managing the drive-thru might need a drug test. I'm really disappointed with this location, and I would recommend steering clear of it.
The service was absolutely awful! They took my order without repeating it back to me and didn't give me a total. When I pulled up to the window, I received my drinks but was not given any straws, even after asking. I ordered the number two Baconator, and when I got home and opened my sandwich, it only had mayonnaise, ketchup, and cheese—no bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles. The fries were so hard that they were inedible. I will not be returning to this Wendy's.
So it’s been a while since I stopped at a local Wendy’s, lots has changed first I wanna say their new queso burger is good I still want to add the queso fries are good as well. Their service was unbelievable I was in the line in the drive-through line for a total of five minutes my food came out hot. They gave me my food with a smile asked how my day was everybody seem like they had a great attitude this Wendy’s really impressed me. Thank you.

We stopped in for lunch and to enjoy some of those free Frostys! The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I approached the cashier to inquire about my wife's missing drink, she immediately understood what I was referring to and took care of it herself. I appreciated that she didn’t second-guess me or assume I was mistaken. As for the food, it was delicious and freshly made.
9-18-19 Wednesday. The lady at the register was very nice. The location was clean even in the restroom. The food was disappointing. The spicy chicken burger /meal/ the chicken was hard as seen in video. The frosty was the only good thing we received. So one star for the polite lady at the register and one star for the restaurant being clean. I would not return to this location.
Holy cow, I've never had greasier, floppier, nastier fries in my whole life. Raw potatoes would have been better. I'm not one to hate on Wendy's but someone somewhere needed to evaluate the quality of the fries they were serving because the rest of the food was good but the fries were practically inedible.
I eat Wendy's quite often and only occasionally have a complaint. Nothing serious before now. I was eating my Baconator and what do I see? A little piece of plastic staring back at me. Just glad it wasn't one of my kids. Looks like the clip for a bread bag. Should not be in my burger!!

Really good, fast service. It's a Wendy's so if you like Wendy's it's good. Kudos for being open immediately after hurricane.
I visit there every day after work to grab a Baconator for myself as a snack and four small chocolate Frosties for my family.
