Place had all the lights off at my 9:35pm. Long line in drive-through sitting at the dark menu board. At 10pm or so the lights came back on. Served was slow till I got to the menu and then I was out of there in 3 minutes. I can only surmise there was a couple of very large orders in some of the vehicles ahead of me. Very nice staff, and the food was fresh. Three stars because I run into fast food restaurants clicking their lights off early in the hopes that nobody will pull in. It's why the timer for the lights should be locked in the manager's office.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru before I could place my order, and I was just one of four cars in line. When I finally got to the window, I was greeted by a young lady who was using foul language and seemed annoyed. All I heard from her was, "$16.34, please," followed by an expletive. The food I received wasn’t hot by the time I got it, and with gas prices being high, it’s frustrating. I usually enjoy Wendy's, and it won't deter me from coming back, but this particular location really needs some help.
The drive took about an hour, and during that time, only nine cars were served. The vehicles behind me waited for over an hour because they had closed. I've visited three times, and each experience has been terrible. I genuinely cannot recommend this place, and I personally won't be returning.
Every time I come here the drive-thru ALWAYS screws my order. Went in today. They gave me the wrong order, and didn’t even give me all of the order. If you want your time wasted, and your food made with complete incompetence, THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO TO! They never fail to fail!!!! ??

Ordered 2 burgers and 1 nacho fries. Got zero nacho fries. I got two regular fries and one burger instead. It still cost me $21. This place sucks. This is the second time they got my order wrong and I have visited this place twice.
Staff couldn't understand me enough to get my order right. I asked for seven small chocolate shakes and they tried to hand me one strawberry shake, then three strawberry shakes. Just horrible communication and listening skills.
waiting in the drive through the line around 11 clock is crazy, long line no movement. cook a few things and get them to slang. terrible. my time is money and 15 minutes is not acceptable
The workers look high under the influence. When asked to fix an order, they act slow as if they can’t comprehend English. Unprofessional ghetto.
