that is a very busy place. it is located directly opposite the pcc, the passaic county community college and just a few blocks from the main street of the inner city of paterson. the eating is always on the point and the service is in order, nothing extraordinary they know a quite ordinary wendy’s. the only thing is that the drive thru line can be long to time and inside can be a bit loud, but if it is a younger, college vibe and some quick grub wendy on broadway in patersons is a good option. French Friend Farewell! park: the parking lot is connected to the department of motor vehicles and it is a bit tight, but it just works well.
Clean store. Very Friendly and polite workers. Food is good 97% of the time. Sometimes later in day can get very busy and take a while to get my order. When ordering for pickup sometimes you stand at the pickup counter and get ignored for several minutes before you're acknowledged by an employee which is frustrating but I'm used to it now. I know they are busy. I've had cracked eggs in my breakfast sandwich twice and was missing sandwich once but I got credit back thru the app. It happens I guess. Overall A- for this location.
This is a nice restaurant but you guys should have professional managers one in the morning and one at night shift and the mangers should change the hours the workers should be awake from 6am to 12am only and the delivery driver should not deliver by midnight cause it's very dangerous at night so this Wendy restaurant should close at 12am if the managers approve with me, you guys need a big change for this restaurant.
worse service ever I just recently ordered online in a permanent person who ordered all the time from this place because it close to my house every time I get a baconator I get as much ketchup and mayo as if they throw a whole two bottles of both no serviettes and no straws for my drink as at this point, I might have to do

worker in Spanish verbal harassment toures me out of no reason what I ever say nothing to them and they look at me with so much hates. I should really see whondys. because if they continue to mock me out of no reason, I will push the charges. food: 5/5
My children and I really enjoy spending time at Wendy's; it's so much better than McDonald's. I actually encourage my kids to choose Wendy's over McDonald's. Wendy's is definitely our favorite spot!
the nugget are overcooked by the salat on my chicken sandwich and I ordered chocolate cookies that they gave me sugar cookies that they only broke when I bite in them! Try harder!
The food is delicious, incredibly affordable, and the music is wonderfully soothing. This place is amazing, and everything is spotless. I give it five stars—thank you!

My kids and I love to hang out at Wendy’s, there food is much better than Macdonald’s. I discourage my kids from eating Macdonald’s. So Wendys is our spot.
