Wow! After being ignored at the counter for a good 5minutes, we watched 2 employees in street clothes and long hair, no hats or hair covers milling about behnd the counter. Then the surprised-to-see-us counter worker mumbled something while looking at us so we assumed he was ready to take our order. While we stood on the sticky floor waiting, we witnessed more than one breech of common sense sanitary practices. The employee who appeared to be a manager was handling the fries wearing no gloves and repeatedly touched some control buttons, and shifted his headset without cleaning his hands in between. Today, I had a really bad experience at this location with my drive-through orders. It was around 12:30 pm. I asked the man 3 times for my receipt after paying. He didn’t pay attention to me because he kept talking to his coworker in their own language. I raised my hand, then the lady saw me and told him. He looked at me. I told him I wanted my receipt. He was mad at me and told me: “ the receipt is in the next door and all the time there” with a very loud voice and bad attitude. How do I suppose to know “ all the time” there???? Why did you yell at your customers like that when they just asked you for a receipt. I will never come back this location again. Bad service!!!
I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, but it barely had any sauce and ended up being soggy. The bacon on the Baconator fries was lacking as well. On top of that, I had to wait 30 minutes just to place my order and receive my food, which is supposed to be a fast service. The staff seemed disinterested, constantly moaning and complaining. Overall, it was the worst service I've ever experienced.
Went to try their breakfast for the first time. Absolutely disgusting, the French toast stix where soggy , the breakfast sandwiches where hard. First time trying their frosty ice coffee and it was just creamer. When asked about it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Never again might as well throw it in the trash

I absolutely love sweets! The quality here is better than McDonald's and many other options. They have an amazing soda dispenser with around 30 different flavors, which is really fun to explore. The service is quick, so you don’t have to wait long to eat. There's a drive-thru option too, and it moves quickly!
Went through the drive thru and waited for quite awhile, all to have all of our burgers made incorrectly. On top of that, they neglected to tell us they had ice and just charged us for warm soda basically. I was on a time constraint and couldn't go back but that's 35 dollars we won't see again
I always take my grandchildren to this Wendy's because the service is outstanding. The staff here are wonderful; they greet you with a great attitude and clearly enjoy their work.
The chili contained only three beans and no meat at all. It was overly watery, and the potato was undercooked. There was no cheese on the chili either. I was very dissatisfied!

My order is either incorrect or incomplete 90% of the time. They really need to improve their quality control before sending out orders.
There was way too much mayo on the sandwich I ordered, and I specifically requested no mayo.
