Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a baked potato with bacon and cheese as butter. Got a plain potato! But even butter. No salt. No pepper. Not even my bacon and cheese. Go back thru the drive thru... And my potato is almost cold now and she just hands me some shredded cheese and some strips yes strips of bacon. And a minute bit of butter. No salt no pepper. And the worker did not look appropriately.
The food was served cold, the line was long and moving slowly. I received the incorrect change, but it wasn't worth arguing over. My sandwich came with cheese even though I'm allergic to dairy. This was not the first time I had experienced poor service while dining here. The fries and tea were also lacking in quality. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant in the future.
Always double-check your order! I visited the restaurant at 5pm and ordered three Baconator combos. I received my fries but the sandwich was missing. This was definitely a quality control issue. It's my responsibility to check before leaving, but should that really be necessary?
It’s on my block list now. Placed a mobile order and waited close to an hour. We asked why it took this long and they weren’t even care to answer this question. No apology offered what so ever. Réservez une table maintenant
eating is always in order, but never exactly shows time when they close and end before their actual closing time on the website while the people waiting in the line. very frustrating
Oct Sign doesn't light up.have been told to wait for mins.. have to ASK to get receipt. Why does it seem no one here wants my ?!?
I would give stars if dine-in was available. I am not wild about waiting in the drive-through for minutes to get a burger.
