I found a long hair in my chili and took it back to the counter to have it replaced. The gentleman promptly poured it out and made me a new one. When I mentioned that the chili was supposed to come with cheese, a female employee approached me in a dismissive manner and said that the cheese was an additional charge. I explained that I had already paid for the cheese and that the chili was contaminated with a long hair. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive, but eventually confirmed that I did have cheese added to my order after trying to nickel and dime me in front of other customers.
this wendy is strange. it feels like a demo. They know how they go into these fake demo houses to see how they could be, and the tw is a karton box and the kitchen table has wood fruit? so it is. it is like a strange model to house wendy 's. someone is neurotic, how clean this place is.
It seemed like they were understaffed. I waited at the speaker for over five minutes, which was fine, but I noticed that the cars before and after me had the same issue. However, the food was amazing—the fries were fresh, and the sandwiches were perfect!
You never really know when this Wendy's is open. I've lost count of how many times I've called to check, only to be told that the lobby is open when it's actually closed! It's such a frustrating experience. Total waste of time. Food rating: 1/5.

The service was incredibly fast, and the customer service was excellent. I went through the drive-thru in a rush, and my order was perfect—everything was there, with no missing items or drinks. I have no complaints at all. Well done, everyone!
The Lady who took my order was awesome. When she got to checking the Lobby, She remembered everyones name and asked "is everything good? "Food: 5/5
Food was tasty n fresh, also on point and all in the bag. Service was mildly slow but for being short staffed over all great experience ??
Overall, their drive-thru experience is quite good, with excellent customer service and tasty food. I would rate it 4 out of 5.
