Wendy's - Réserver une table

I ordered a #1 Dave 's Single Meal and specifically asked for ketchup before I pulled around to the window. When I got my order, I double checked the bag and didn 't have ketchup. I made eye contact with two workers inside the window who both looked away instead of coming back to the window to see what I needed. I waited patiently for several more minutes, and I even gave my horn one toot. Finally someone came back over once there was another person behind me to ask what I needed. I got 3 packets of ketchup and then left. Once I drove away, and opened my sandwich, I had received a spicy chicken sandwich instead of my cheeseburger! ? wendy’s is my favoritesburg, but lately the service is pretty bad, it seems wherever you go. it was refreshing to get my order exactly as I told the drive thru person. this place seemed different, the customer service was very personal as they cared for. I was told that they put my fries in and I got them hot! we even received our order exactly as we asked. my new favorite place.

Very helpful elderly lady at the front. She was smiling and having a great time at work. Very sweet and helpful. Our family will continue to come back. Thank you!Kid-friendliness: The 5 for 5$ is a great deal. Everyone gets enough food and drink for 5$.

they had baked carrots. another load always said they had no for 45 minutes. must circle twice for the drive thru. food: 5/5
