for a traveling away from the beaten away of most Hi-way I found myself necessary 1-a restroom and 2-some to eat. the worker wore all face trims, (nice to see, but not really needed in my opinion) and were also polite. the parking lot was large and clean. the input and output was easy to use. the restaurator had a slight fun smell to me, but was clean. you had to ask you to use the toilet room, and had to be thrown into the house (it comes with the territory, and therefore I will never live in the city) eating as always, is the second to none! who could ever complain about fast eating? if they have probably voted for bids!
Horrible Service. I did a mobile order of a double stack, super easy. Ordered 20 minutes ahead since I knew it would be busy arrived exactly when it was ready. They have it sitting on the to-go order rack, I can clearly see it. I go up to the pickup area and not a single person behind the counter even looks at me. I waited for 20 minutes as people were ordering at the cashier and getting fresh hot food before I could get my one cold sandwich, I didn't make a scene or fuss, and when I finally was given my bag I couldn't even ask for sauce she walked away so fast. Absolutely Unacceptable.
They are mostly very rude at that place. One time i ordered the wrong thing. I ordered #10 instead of #3 which is the 10 piece chicken nuggets. I said i was sorry and that this wasn't what i meant to order, the cashier was very angry and closed the window on my face, then came back, shoved the order back at me, close the window in my face again, then walked away. I drove off to realized that now,HE gave me the wrong order. He gave me spicy chicken nuggets that the kids couldn't even eat when i got home.Also most of the time, the drive through wait is very long.
Long wait lines. And for 2 consecutive weeks they have gotten my order wrong in the drive through. Sunday staff really can't hear to well. I ordered (2) 4 for4. She asks me what drink for BOTH. I say Coke for BOTH. I get to the window she says I ordered 1 and cannot add on anything. After waiting in line for 10 mins. Worst service. Will not return. Not worth the hassle. It's another wendys not to far from there on central Ave. Long lines too but atleast they get your order correct.

don't go in and expect quick attention. I stood and watched that this girl does everything else except to acknowledge the line at the theke. Why would the door-ply orders have been leading in front of the customer in their face? is everyone working at 12 o'clock with the drive? unacceptable! I went out. a simple courtesy of please give me a moment that could be sufficient. two employees were punched in register. no respect or recognition no sale.
They are focused on lowering the perceived customer wait time that they are letting a line build up like crazy. They have you wait to order until the person is done at the window and pulling off just so it can seem like they processed your order quickly. This is HORRIBLE and backwards business management for whoever thought of this bright idea! There’s no way I should have waited 25 minutes when there was only 4 cars in front of me when I came.
I am not the kind of person to publish negative reviews, but I had to. the wendy’s on main st. is a complete disaster turtle slow service massified ordering and about 30 minutes waiting for her to eat. I wonder why place like boston market on central ave and this wendy’s is so badly managed. is it the city of east orange? we don't see this in other communities. they need an entire restructuring of management. it is a chaos
I asked for big mac. They had no big mac. I asked for mcnuggets. they had no miserables. no mkflurry. no happy meal. no masalad. worst mcdonald’s I have ever been. they always talked about girls who called a name, but no one who called a name. who the freak is wendy. I didn't see any unbreeding. this mcdonald’s has nothing. not go there.

Horrible. I went here to pick up a DoorDash delivery order. I could clearly see the order sitting on the pickup rack behind the counter. I was told I had to wait in the regular line, which was to the back of the restaurant in order get the mobile pickup. Needless to say I unassigned that order and reported them to corporate.
Always packed ..... they have their good days and they have days when I want to go back there and make my food myself. New staff maybe? None the less I always ask for my fries hot and they always listen
