I don’t know where to start with this place. I’ve never before seen anything like it. My daughter received a free frosty coupon from school, so we decided to go use it and get dinner while we were there. We ordered and then went to find a seat. Every single table was dirty. The man that was supposed to be cleaning was sitting at a table talking on his phone. There were about 7 young kids running around, shouting, all of whom were unsupervised. Ten minutes into us eating, their parent who works in the back, took them into the back and you could still hear them running around in the kitchen. I had a terrible experience at this Wendy's. I specifically asked for extra honey mustard when I placed my order and repeated that request when I picked it up. However, when I got home, there wasn't a single packet of honey mustard included—none at all. I thought I could just use some ketchup from the fridge, but the whole reason I chose Wendy's was for the honey mustard. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets were tough and cold. This meal was completely disappointing, and the service was poor. They really need to improve their performance. I will definitely not be ordering from this Wendy's again. Food rating: 1.
I pulled up to the drive-through waited a couple minutes and the guy told me to pull around to the first window to order and there’s a car in front of me and I’m waiting about 10 minutes I get to the window and they don’t even remember telling me to order when I get to the window. The guy at the drive-through completely ignorant was not friendly worst fast food ever everyone else behind me in line was able to order through the drive-through. I will never come here again! Absolutely horrible service here they need to fix that!!! I ordered 2 small things food was OK but it was not even busy at all.
I understand things are tough. But we went through the drive thru on a slow evening. The person on the speaker asked me to wait a minute and then over 10 minutes later I still heard nothing. Was about to go inside when I saw people inside were waiting and not happy. We went elsewhere. I understand things happen. If you just let people know what I'd going on they would probably have more patience. I know I would. Won't go back to that store.

The best thing here is the staff, courteousand friendly. Clearly they are short staffed as the place wasn't getting cleaned and stocked as often as needed. It is a busy location, so cleaning and stocking should be a must. My order took a while (in fast food life, not too long in regular parameters). Easy parking and good location. My husband and I visited this restaurant on our way home from an overnight trip in Lancaster around 1:00 PM on a Sunday. Unfortunately, we found the French fries to be cold and stale, and my husband's burgers were only lukewarm. We were quite disappointed with our experience. We ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was around $20–30.

Very surprised how messy the dinning area was.2 trash cans overflowing with trash,as well as the trashcan out front.Tables weren't wiped down at all.
