Just went through the drive thru and as I’m ordering, saying may I have a the Dave’s triple, the response was “hell no” I said excuse me? Did you just say hell no? I got no response. I repeatedly said hello? And then she came back on the speaker stating “there are people in the background arguing”It did not sound as there was an argument going on. It sounded as if the employee forgot to mute herself because it was clear as day.Literally the WORST service ever. I left that drive thru.
While here we ordered 2 4 for 4s one being junior bacon and the other a double stack only ketchup with spicy nuggets and after like 20 minutes of waiting we got the food and I has to go up there for fries then once we finally sat down my mom's burger was cold and mine was all the way then when I got up there and told them what was wrong with the food he rolled his eyes and turned away And the table we sat at was discussing
The service was extremely slow, and the woman preparing the food was unprofessional. She repeatedly mentioned she was thinking of walking out, while the lady taking orders said she might stop taking them altogether. The only person who seemed to be putting in any effort was the man who was assembling the food on the trays. I wish I had chosen a different place to dine.
The dining experience was just okay. I usually don't hold back in my reviews, but the staff could really benefit from a refresher on basic courtesy! My family enjoys Wendy's, so we'll be returning, but don't expect a smile or a "thank you" with your order. I'm rooting for you, Wendy's— I know you can do better! Réservez une table maintenant
Went to waxhaw, nc location first. Wendy's was out of chili beans. Cancel order and went to location in lancaster. Awesome , never been disappointed at this location.
I absolutely love Wendy's! They offer an extensive menu, and you really can't go wrong with any choice because everything is delicious.
