I would never return to this location, even if you paid me! My card didn’t work, and while I was trying to find another payment method, Idalia, the cashier, told me to pull forward. The guy at the window said he would come out to me. I ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes, honking my horn, and after 12 vehicles had gone through, I was finally able to back up to the window. They were both laughing. They gave me a straw even though I hadn’t ordered a drink, so I asked why and mentioned I wanted a complimentary drink for my troubles. Recently, the quality at this location has been quite inconsistent. Sometimes the food is excellent, while other times it's disappointing. Unfortunately, tonight was one of those disappointing nights; my sandwich was made incorrectly. We went back through the drive-thru and explained the issue. They asked us to pull up to the window, where we described the problem again. They made a new sandwich for us, which was great. However, I should have checked it right away because it still wasn’t correct. It’s pretty frustrating, especially when you're spending that much on food. Additionally, the fries are always stale—hot, but stale.
I stopped by Wendy's drive-through late at night and instantly regretted it. The chili tasted terrible, like it had been sitting out all day. The service was poor, likely because the staff seemed exhausted and eager to finish their shift. They forgot our drinks, the crackers to go with the chili, and didn’t include any utensils. Since I had to get back on the highway immediately, there was no turning back. I won’t be visiting that Wendy's location or ordering from their menu late at night again, if ever.
I hadn't visited this place in ages, and now I remember why. I ordered two Big Bacon Classic meals for a total of $24.89, which was quite a shock, but we were in a hurry. Once we got our food and sat down, the disappointment grew even more. At $12.44 per meal, it was absurd. The burger was the saddest I've had in quite some time, and the fries were anything but fresh, despite their claims. For just $2 more, I could enjoy a much better sit-down burger. I won't be returning to Wendy's anytime soon.

First time going to this Wendy's, and it's even better then the one I live by. This Wendy's had amazing service, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They got nothing wrong on my order and I was expecting there to be at least something missing saying I had a big order. But everything was perfect. You guys are awesome!
The young woman with braids working the drive-thru window on 9/25/22 at 1pm was absolutely fantastic! She made my day with her excellent service. I tried to call to compliment her but couldn’t get through. Big shout out to the drive-thru attendant—thank you for your amazing service!
Today at 6:15, my son and I saw a touching moment in the parking lot at Wendy's. An employee was giving a free meal to a homeless person. It was a beautiful and uplifting act to witness!
This restaurant is outstanding. We have consistently had great experiences with our meals here.
