Wendy's - Réservation de table

I want to start by saying that I typically enjoy Wendy's, but this particular location left me feeling disappointed. The food, drinks, and service were all subpar. I ordered the Apple Pecan salad multiple times, but each time they forgot to include the Bleu cheese or other ingredients like dressing or pecans. It wasn't until today that I realized this was a recurring issue. When I asked about the missing Bleu cheese, the team informed me they were out of it. I wish I had been informed when I placed my order so I could have chosen something else. The drinks were overly sweet and I had to dilute them with water at home. I waited in line for almost an hour, only to be met by a slow, miserable and rude worker who seemed to hate his job. When I asked for one sweet and sour sauce, he insisted on charging me 38 cents for just one sauce. He argued that I was already getting a burger, fries, and a drink, so why should I get a free sauce with that. I know that my complaints and money will not have any impact on this Wendy's or any other, but I have decided to never spend another penny at this specific store.

The food is good ! But I should not have to ask someone to put their mask over their nose and handling fries with bare hands should be a no-no in these days of Covid. A mask will stay up if pinched at the bridge of the nose and then placed under the glasses.It is embarrassing to have to ask food presenters and preparers to mask properly. But I will continue to do it even if they don’t like it—quietly but firmly.

The cashier's name, Julia, should not be working at wendy?s I ordered number 4 on the drive thru They gave me the wrong order. i went back to tell her i got the wrong number she had a really bad attitude with me because i broked the food bag to check myorder the store manager needs to have respect with the customer?s?. close it and renovate the whole place. I was looking for an inspection evaluation at the door because I could not believe that this was still open and worked like this. It is disgusting here. the personal was ok, but the restaurant itself was uncareful. withworkers do not wear gloves. floors are dirty, eat on the floor, etc. I will never go back here.

The service at this restaurant was friendly and efficient. It appeared that there was a new employee being trained. The manager was respectful and helpful with the new staff member, which was nice to see. I will definitely be returning!

The store was filled with smoke and the manager was even rude to a customer who was upset about having to come inside instead of the drive thru??.? Not happy will never come back here
