On Sunday night abt 930pm we decided to go grab a snack to eat. After a few minutes with the cashier we made our order. #4 meal with Dr. Pepper. And 1 simple $3.00 hamburger for our dying pit bull who has cancer. Her last meal, however she didn't even want it.. surprise surprise huh? I ordered the classic chicken wrap. Now you tell us if that picture shown to everyone on Google thinks that's it looks inviting?? The answer would be no NO. The cheese isn't melted at all, the lettuce on the #4 is wilted and brown. My wrap has nothing on it. It was just cold, plain chicken without much flavor.The entire meal was thrown together. Ppl want to knw that you, Employees want to work here and be happy....

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Asked for a 4 for 4 combo and they said they don 't have any. So I proceeded to order 2 small #9 combos and they gave me a large, when I wanted a small, the lemonade was really watered down, and when I asked for the money difference the manager had attitude. Once we got home we opened the burger and it looked sloppy turns out the chicken was raw. Worst Wendys I 've ever been to. Do not come here it 's disgusting. It doesn 't end there tho, we went back to return the burgers and get our money back and she started to pick out the raw meat saying this s is not raw. Terrible customer service by the time I got my money back I had los my appetite.
Great Customer service--the young lady who took my drive-thru was very patient thorough she got the order right! I very seldom place a food order without requesting changes to at least 2-3 food items since I have family members wit dietary or sensory issues so my orders can be completed!!! I know it can be frustrating but there was not a note of impatience in her tone or manner and sh had a lovely, welcoming smile at the window, too!! The way the world is right now, a smile brightens the day and also makes customers want to come back! Thank you!!
This Wendy's is by far the worst food place in Peoria. Food was cold and everything was wrong. I ordered a Baconator with no freaking bacon on it and it had tomatoes, onions and some sort of thousand island dressing on it. Then my wife order a Asiago chicken and it came with nothing on it. Just a plain chicken sandwich. Everyone at that location outside of the lady who took my payment should be fired. Now I remember why I stopped going to this location. Do not go here!
I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Dave's Triple combo, extra cheese, no lettuce, no onions, no ketchup. And a 10 piece nuggets. When I got home and went to eat my meal. I saw I was given a Dave's single, extra cheese, no lettuce, no onions, no ketchup. And a 10 piece nuggets. I wasn't given a receipt, so I don't know for sure that I was/wasn't charged correctly. But $16, doesn't sound correct.
I had small chili and baked potato the chili was fine the potato looked like it was thrown on the floor and was dry up if they are going to serve this they should take it off the menu this van is B the 3rd time I tried the potato and was shocked and sometimes the chili with beans serve them when the beans are not fully cooked sad cause I like the chili.
When I say I love Wendy’s, I love Wendy’s. This location really hit the ball out of the park. I picked that ball up and ate it like I did with the chicken nuggets. Sad? Wendy’s. Angry? Wendy’s. Sweaty? Wendy’s. Wendy’s does not stop with the grind and this location eats. Thanks y’all and have a good night.Food: 5/5
