I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy's just an hour ago. The cashier was extremely rude to my mother and my 90-year-old grandmother. They both ordered chili and two drinks, but not only did they get the order wrong, this disrespectful and careless employee attempted to argue with my mother, insisting that she had only ordered one drink. When my mom showed her the receipt for two, this unprofessional employee actually threw an empty cup at my mom! That cashier needs to face serious consequences; she doesn't belong around respectful people, especially in the hospitality industry. *EDIT* My mom is already filing a complaint with Corporate and requesting that the security camera...
I know this is California, but I had a rather unpleasant experience at Wendy's. While I was dining near the door, three people walked in with a long-haired lap dog, and as the wind blew, some of the dog's hair ended up on my food. I spoke to the supervisor, Grace, and let her know that my meal was great until the dog hairs contaminated it. She was polite and mentioned that she wasn’t aware of the situation. The dog owners were seated at the back exit, and I ended up throwing away my food and leaving. I understand that pets have their rights, but so do customers who wish to enjoy a meal after work without worrying about contamination that could make them sick. As I left, I was shocked to see...
Unfortunately, my experience just keeps getting worse. I drove through to order a single chicken sandwich and a sugar-free iced tea, but I ended up with a cold, soggy sandwich and an overly sweet tea that I couldn't drink because I'm diabetic and can’t have sugar. To add to the disappointment, they included fries in my order, which I didn't want. I didn't want to deal with the traffic to go back and complain; it just wasn’t worth it.
I had a great experience here, especially since I ordered the largest size and everything was made fresh to order. The syrup-to-soda water ratio was just right on the machine, and I really enjoyed the sugar-free lemonade with strawberry flavor. It was all very tasty. If you're looking for something quick, I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

The restaurant is typically well-run, but there was one night that really stood out. I ordered a regular Baconator, but instead, I was served a triple stack Baconator. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and my burgers came out hot. Thanks for adding to my waistline, Wendy! I loved it!
I've always liked Wendy's. I like them even more now that some of them have a beverage bar so you can get your own refills and not have to wait at the counter. The app also has some wonderful promos. Just have to wait for them.
I rarely have a bad experience at Wendy's. Most of their food is made to order, especially when it comes to burgers, and the fries usually don't sit out for too long. I always enjoy delicious food here.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, and although I found it a bit overpriced, it was absolutely delicious. That said, I don't think I'll be ordering it again.

This restaurant is amazing! The food is consistently fresh, and the service is remarkably fast. I highly recommend this spot!
The 2x5 is quite good. The crust is better than that of an average burger.
