I visited this Wendy's due to its convenient location, expecting a clean environment and quick service. While the place was indeed clean, it was quite busy and somewhat disorganized. What troubled me the most was the apparent hesitation of the staff to address two men who were not wearing masks properly. I understand that they were busy, but the health of all customers was at risk because no one spoke up. One man held a piece of paper in front of his mouth, while the other wore a bandana that only covered his mouth. Safety should always be the top priority, but no one said a word to them. They even took their orders without addressing the mask issue. At one point, the man with the paper unco...
Be careful eating here especially during this whole pandemic. Something told me to go in and order and when I did I was shocked to see a young lady boxing fries and nuggets with no gloves on. And some of the food touched the tip of her fingers. I asked the manager if she could tell her to put gloves on and to throw out all the nuggets and fries she just touch, she did. But 3 seconds later the manager proceeds to help her WITH NO GLOVES ON. I asked her what was the difference of the young lady and her doing the same. Then the manager informs me the food she bagging is not mine. Eat here at your own risk.
I visited this Wendy’s today with my family, and we were quite disappointed. We ordered two combos and waited 20 minutes before they even started preparing our order. During that time, we saw several customers come in and leave because no one was taking their orders. Apart from one person making sandwiches, none of the staff was wearing gloves. To make matters worse, they didn’t give us all the food we ordered. While I was waiting, I witnessed something that grossed me out: a woman without gloves checked her phone and then touched the bread. Would I return to this location? Absolutely not.
This was the worst experience I ever had with Wendy's. I purchased a combo meal and my fries were luke warm. I expressed it to the person at the second window of the drive thru. They told me to pull over and wait so I waited 5 minutes in the car then I went into the lobby. I also waited 10 minutes there while french fries were distributed to drive thru customers. After waiting 15 minutes and no fries I left without fries. The staff was nasty to me and my family can't come here no more

Stopped here on my way home from Virginia, the line was crazy, waited for a while and decided to leave like I saw 4 cars ahead of me because the line didn't move. 30 minutes wasted yet watched someone on the inside on his phone and opening the door for a worker. I believe he also let someone use the bathroom. Went to McDonald's right near it and was served with in 10 minutes.
I have not been here in 6 months due to a bad experience there. I decide to give them another try. I now wish I had not. The fries I got were cold and greasy soggy. The sandwich had onions and I had requested my burger without them. Also the chicken nuggets in were cold too.
This Is the second time Ive ordered from this store, I even called the second time to be sure my order would be correct, you know what they gave me a bag of fries, with two medium drinks. If I was you dont order just go in.
Dont ever come to this location for any reason. Door Dasher or Uber Eats? Good luck the food wont be ready. Going for dinner and lunch ? Prepare to wait for 25 minutes for cold fast food.

Apple pecan salad was delicious for lunch. Baconator was very filling for dinner. Enjoyed the whole meal including the chocolate frosty.
The food is fresh, and they always fill your drink to the brim. The staff is also very polite.
