The food is your typical fast food. You get what you expect. Saying that, the management is very lacking and rude. I placed a mobile order today, went to the drive thru and was parked because they just received my order. Ok, no problem there. Then a guy comes out saying that there was an issue and the payment didn 't go through. Odd, it says paid on the app, which I showed him. I then went a step further and checked my bank account and it was there as a pending charge which means it went through. I showed this to him as well. I can't bring myself to give this place a 1 star because everyone else that works there is so nice and efficient, but the black gentleman that works the register frequently is so unbelievably miserable and rude for no reason. He's clearly got some issues, but I imagine many of them are self-inflicted. Management needs to move him far away from a customer-facing position.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. The service was terrible, and the manager was unhelpful and seemed indifferent. He didn't provide any solutions to the issues we faced. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Poor customer service, the cashier was in an extremely bad mood and treated every single customer with rudeness. The place was dirty, the tables and the floor had food all over and used utensils. Food was reasonably good for what you pay. Réservez une table maintenant

While some of the staff are hardworking and maintain a positive attitude, there's one employee at the drive-thru mic who has a terrible demeanor and gives off a negative vibe. It's perplexing to me why people like him are still employed.

I recently did a drive-through mobile order, and I have to say, I'm obsessed with the Orange Creamsicle Frosty. Because of it, I've been visiting Wendy's more often!

Have never had an issue here. Sometimes they’re a bit slow but our orders have always been right and they’ve never run out of a sauce or couldn’t provide a frosty Réservez une table maintenant
